Refund Conditions

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • A refund is only possible if the digital goods have not been downloaded. The fact of downloading is recorded and verified by our system.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of the order.
    • We may grant extensions to this period for some special cases at our discretion.
  2. Ineligible for Refund:
    • If the digital goods have been downloaded, except in cases specified under “Technical Issues.”
    • If the dissatisfaction is due to the content of the digital goods, provided that the description on the site was accurate and complete.

Refund Request Procedure

  1. Submitting a Request:
    • To request a refund, contact our Support Service at support@aiguru.art with your order details and the reason for the refund.
    • Ensure that the request is within the 30-day period from the date of the order.
  2. Processing Refunds:
    • Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days, and we will notify you via email of the results.
    • Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the order within 10 business days from the confirmation of eligibility for a refund.
    • If approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Technical Issues

  1. Technical Malfunctions:
    • If you encounter technical malfunctions or defects that prevent the proper use of the digital goods, notify our Support Service within 7 calendar days from the date of download.
    • We will provide a corrected copy of the digital goods or, if this is not possible, issue a refund.

Order Cancellation

  1. Cancellation Conditions:
    • You may cancel your order before downloading the digital goods. If the digital goods have been downloaded, the cancellation request cannot be approved.
